At launch, we mostly planned to focus on small companies. As of now, our customers connect, on average, 20 agents to Deskie, are at least partially represented on the Internet and understand the value of proper customer support. So we are doing a decent job :)
However, it is obvious that Deskie is beneficial for a wider audience since it is used by
online stores, banks, travel agencies, game and software developers, news portals, design studios, delivery services, payment services, and many others.
We also have experience working with big customers, who connect more than 750 agents.
