Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve the Deskie Service and to enable Customers to enjoy and easily navigate the Deskie Service.
1.1 Personal Information
In the course of using the Deskie Service we collect certain information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, company name, email address, postal address, phone number, social media identifiers, instant messaging ID, profile photo, and credit card number and other billing information (“Personal Information”).
We use your Personal Information (in some cases, in conjunction with your Non-Personal Information) mainly to provide the Deskie Service, complete your transactions, and administer your inquiries.
We may also use your Personal Information to contact you via Deskie newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications.
1.2 Non-Personal Information
We also collect the other information that cannot be used to identify or contact you, including IP address, device, operation system, browser type, and statistical data involving the use of the Deskie website.
We use Non-Personal Information to attempt to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality and value of the Deskie Service and to analyze and understand how the Deskie Service is used.
1.3 Log Data
In the course of using your Deskie account our servers automatically record some information (“Log Data”) which may include, but not limited to, IP address, browser type, the webpage you were on, the time spent on the webpage and changes you’ve made.
This Log Data is used to increase the Deskie Service’s functionality and user-friendliness, to enable our developers checking for bugs and to monitor and analyze use of the Deskie Service.
1.4 Cookies
Like many websites, we use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes.
We use cookies for two purposes. First, we utilize persistent cookies to save your login information and preferences for future logins to the Deskie Service. Second, we utilize session ID cookies to enable certain features of the Deskie Service, to better understand how you interact with the Deskie Service.

1.5 Web Beacons
We use “web beacons”, “pixel tags”, “clear GIFs” or similar means (individually or collectively “Web Beacons”) in the Deskie Serivce. A Web Beacon is an electronic image, often a single pixel, embedded on web pages. Web Beacons are ordinarily not visible to users.
Web Beacons allow us to provide analytical information concerning the user experience as well as to support custom marketing activities for Customers.
