2. Refined the password change flow in the app
When entering a new password, errors display immediately if the length doesn't meet requirements (6 to 48 characters).
3. Improved how edited user responses are displayed
If a response was edited after sending, the app shows it correctly in the conversation — just like the web version, no screen refresh needed.

• The file type was missing for some uploads, so they could not be previewed in the app without downloading;
• HEIC files sent as images were missing the extension and could not be opened on the user side;
• In long conversations, the screen did not scroll to the latest message after sending a response;
• The agent’s or user’s original response did not appear when quoting a message;
• Search results were displayed in a random order;
• The app could freeze or crash on iOS 26 when adding a note;
• The app crashed on iPad when opening the list of cases from the Search section;
• The failed-delivery icon overlapped the avatar of a colleague viewing the same case.
