2. If you notice serious issues with the service, the first thing to do is check the
status page. It contains up-to-date information about incidents. If there are no notifications, it means there are either no general problems or the automatic monitoring has not yet detected them.
Are you sure you're experiencing the latter case? Click on the "Report an issue" link — our email will be copied to your clipboard, so you can reach out to us.
We understand that you may be accustomed to reporting such issues in chats, but with a large number of such inquiries, we cannot respond promptly. As a result, we either confirm the problem with a significant delay or report its resolution after the fact.
