Variables lists
Updated the variable lists in the pop-ups that appear when you click the "variables" link — in macro and rule actions, agent signature settings, and email notification settings.
Updated and improved the variable lists:
- removed outdated variables and duplicates;
- added new variables;
- included custom fields in all lists;
- added separators for different field types: case fields, user fields, and company fields;
- the pop-up now has a fixed size with scrolling.
